We visit your property to assess what needs clearing. We value the resellable items and identify what has little or no value.
We calculate the clearance cost and offset it against the value of furniture we can resell. You get a clear, fair quote with no hidden costs.
If you're happy with the quote, we agree on a date. We're flexible and can often do urgent clearances within 1-2 days.
Our team efficiently clears everything. We typically take 3-4 days to ensure items go to the right places — donated, resold, or recycled.
You pay the final amount (or in some cases, we pay you!). The job is complete and your property is cleared.
We use a fair valuation model where we offset the cost of clearance against the value of all resellable goods — furniture, kitchenware, electricals, and everything else we can resell or donate. This means you often pay far less than expected — or in some cases, we might even pay you.

We donate usable items to local charities and community organizations. Only items that genuinely can't be used or sold are disposed of responsibly. We focus on keeping things out of landfill.
Absolutely! If there are specific items you want to keep, just let us know during the site visit. We'll work around them.
We clear everything — furniture, kitchenware, ornaments, electricals, bric-a-brac, and more. If it's in the property and can be removed, we can handle it.
We won't clear hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, etc.) as we're not a rubbish removal company. If you have a small amount of non-hazardous waste, we can often arrange disposal. Just ask during the site visit.
We use our experience as furniture sellers to fairly value items. We look at condition, age, style, and current market demand. If an item is worth more, that works in your favor — you pay less or we pay you.
Ideally, give us a few days' notice so we can schedule properly. But if you need an urgent clearance, call us — we often have availability within 1-2 days.
