Local delivery

Local delivery charges are based on distance and are calculated at checkout for accuracy.

Our deliveries are typically scheduled during our opening hours. However, once your order is placed, we will verify and confirm the appropriate delivery time.

Collections

Collections need to be made during opening hours.  Please ensure that you can pickup your online purchase within one week of placing the order. This enables us to keep our stock rotating as we have limited storage space!

Order online, and your in-store pickup will be ready in 1-2 hours.

Refunds

All goods purchased from Revilo Interiors will only be refunded if found faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose.

Should a customer alter their decision regarding a purchase or encounter a sizing issue on the day of delivery or collection, Revilo Interiors is not legally obligated to issue a refund. Depending on the situation, the option to provide a credit note equivalent to the goods' value (excluding delivery charges, which are non-refundable) may be considered. This decision rests solely with the us and is an expression of goodwill.
